In Memory on Father’s Day
                Every year on this day
                I think of you and smile.
                I sit back on my own
                And remember for a while.
                All the times we sat and laughed,
                And all the times we cried.
                All of the moments we shared together,
                All of the things we tried.
                Whenever I miss your laughter,
                Whenever I feel sad.
                I look up to the sky and give thanks
                That I had such a special Dad.
                Though you are not here with me,
                I hope you can hear me say,
                That I’m thinking of you with love,
                My special Dad on Father’s Day.
